<p>Head of the Litigation Department at Omar Bin Saleh Al-Ibrahim – Attorneys and Legal Consultants. He has represented clients in commercial and civil cases before courts and quasi-judicial committees, in addition to providing legal consultations and reviewing contracts and agreements. He has also participated in the review of both private and public legislation.<br>Mr. Al-Tamimi holds the Professional Accreditation for Legal Practitioners (SASL) from the Saudi Bar Association, the Sharia Counsel Fellowship in Islamic Finance and Dispute Resolution from the Qadha Association, and certification in Estate Liquidation Skills. He has also obtained the General Securities Qualification (CME-1) and is a certified Corporate Secretary.<br>He serves as a Board Member of a publicly listed company on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), where he focuses on supporting senior management in applying governance principles, enhancing decision-making, mitigating risks to ensure sustainability, and strengthening transparency and disclosure.<br>Mr. Al-Tamimi holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from the College of Sharia at the same university in Riyadh.<br>&nbsp;</p>
