<p><strong>Attorney Omar Al-Ibrahim</strong> has chaired Omar Saleh Al-Ibrahim Law Firm and Legal Consultations – a Closed Joint-Stock Professional Company since its establishment as a law office in 2018. He possesses over a decade of practical experience in litigation, legal advisory, and the governance of major family-owned enterprises.<br>He holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Prince Sultan University (in English). His research findings—which included interviews with leading family-owned businesses—were presented at the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC), hosted in Riyadh in January 2025 under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The conference gathered more than 250 policymakers, industry leaders, and experts, alongside over 10,000 participants. He also earned a Certificate in Legal Knowledge and Skills in the Digital Economy and Globalization from King’s College London.<br>Mr. Al-Ibrahim co-founded Our Investments Holding Company (LLC), a Saudi family-owned multi-investment entity, where he served as a board member for four years, and later as Chairman of the Audit Committee for two years following the issuance of the New Companies Law in 2015 (1437H). He further serves on various boards of directors, advisory boards, and committees, including the Financial Resources Development Committee of a charitable organization, in addition to being an investor in several companies.<br>Under his leadership, the firm has achieved landmark successes in major litigation cases before the general courts, with claims exceeding SAR 100 million. The firm has also secured rulings of cassation from the Supreme Court against final judgments previously issued by the Court of Appeal. Moreover, he has spearheaded complex assignments such as the partition of entire real estate districts in Riyadh, through the effective management of legal projects, forming the necessary committees and teams, and coordinating with relevant governmental authorities. The firm has also managed estate settlements and real estate contributions, bringing them to resolution amicably with efficiency and transparency, or through litigation when necessary.<br>As Chairman, he demonstrates the ability to balance strategic objectives with practical solutions. He continues to enhance his knowledge and skills, thereby reinforcing the firm’s standing as one of the leading legal expertise houses in the Kingdom.</p>
